It s not all about the best views at Surfside in this unit.....although that is what you will have. This unit is designer/artist owned and decorated with a beautiful, sophisticated beach theme. Alll of the art work is original and gives this condo so much personality!! There is bead board in the bathrooms, Mexican tile floors and a gourmet kitchen that will have you booking next year s vacation before you leave to head back home. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 8. (there is a comfy queen sleeper in the great room). If you insist on taking your laptop on vacation you can leave it open on the desk in the great room, but don t plan on getting too much work done! The desk faces the floor to ceiling wall of windows that looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico.

  This condo is by far the nicest we have ever stayed at. With 4 adults and 4 children, the space was ideal. The real surprise was the safety railing at the balcony. Most "high rise" condos have picket railings, thus making parents cringe when their child steps foot on the balcony. These rails were solid glass!! Great design as far as safety is concerned and did not obstruct the magnificent views. I give this a 10 out of 10.

  We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nice with a beautiful kitchen and the best beach view we've ever experienced. The onsite staff was very friendly and attentive. The only issue that will keep this from being our return spot every summer is the master bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and has a huge dip in the middle and was hard to sleep with 2 people in the bed because we would roll into the dip; it was so bad that my husband had to sleep on the sofa one night because it was giving him back aches. Other than that, it was wonderful. The wrap around view on the corner unit was breathtaking!

  Overall a great trip. This was our second stay here and it was just as we remembered. Would definitely stay here again. We thought we had a problem with our fridge, which turned out to be nothing but the maintenance manager came over to check it out and also brought a cooler with ice. He was really nice and helpful.

  This rental is absolutely gorgeous and very well kept! We were very happy to walk off the elevator and all the way down to the front of the building to enter our condo this year! What a difference! The kitchen is very inviting and definitely makes you want to cook. The living room is open yet offers plenty of space to sit down and relax after a long day in the sun. The patio is cool in the morning and warm in the evening...perfect for watching the sunset.
  Thank you very much for allowing us to spend a wonderful week in your condo. Hopefully we can do it again next year!
  ***only thing we would ask for is an updated master bed...but maybe that's on the short list already for updating***
