Five spacious bedrooms with private baths, a gourmet kitchen even Emeril would love, and ample family/group dining at the dining table, kitchen table and breakfast bar. Your family will enjoy the 'keeping room' off the kitchen and the main living room with new couches.
Our personal concierge will meet you upon arrival to familiarize you with the condo and Silver Beach Towers and provide you with a fob to enter the building with.

The rooms are set up as follows:
Queen with bath and king with private bath on the first floor. Half bath for use on the first floor. On the second floor is the two twins in one room and bath, the king with a private bath and the master bedroom with a private bath. There is also a 'man cave' off the master that could be used as an additional bedroom if needed. There is a sleeper sofa in there as well or it can be used as an third living area.
The owner is providing two seasonal beach setups that consist of two chairs and one umbrella. There is a private garage within the parking garage for your cars. Additional parking is available if needed. You are in mid Destin... close to all shops, restaurants and happenings.
Beach'n Destin is the manager of the property. We provide a book in the condo of our favorite restaurants, places to go and things to see.
